Michele R. Souder, CPA serves as a Western Governors University’s Associate Dean in the School of Business, where she oversees both the undergraduate and graduate accounting programs. 

Prior to joining 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, Michele held executive accounting and finance positions in industry, public accounting, and in non-profit organizations of various types and sizes.  She has served as the Chief Financial Officer of both closely held and publicly traded companies, the Senior Partner of Investment Management in a private equity firm, and an Audit and Advisory Services Partner in a national CPA firm.
