Chelsea Barnett is a higher education executive with nearly two decades of experience designing offerings and pathways that expand access, improve learner outcomes, and connect education more directly to opportunity. As Vice President of Product and Technology at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy, she leads teams responsible for shaping learner experiences across strategy, technology, research, and operations.

Her work centers on building learner-centered systems that combine thoughtful design, data-informed decision making, and emerging technology to help more students succeed. Drawing on a background in psychology, learning design, and product development, Chelsea is known for translating complex challenges into clear strategy and practical execution that improves momentum for learners navigating nontraditional pathways.

As a first-generation college graduate herself, Chelsea is motivated by the belief that education should not simply select for those most prepared to succeed but create pathways that help more people realize their potential. She is especially passionate about designing experiences that foster confidence, belonging, and long-term opportunity for learners from all backgrounds.
