Western Governors University’s (91³Ô¹ÏÍø) mission is to change lives by creating pathways to opportunity with high-quality, competency-based, post-secondary degree paths that support racially and ethnically diverse students in higher education. More than 70% of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø students come from systemically disadvantaged populations; the average student is 34 years old; and we consistently maintain one of the lowest tuition rates in the nation. 91³Ô¹ÏÍø continues to be a national leader in the highest number of bachelor’s degrees awarded in computer science or technical fields through the School of Technology, graduating an average of 490 students per month in 2022.
Deloitte LLP Managing Director, Jane Chung, is a recipient of three 91³Ô¹ÏÍø degrees and has been collaborating with the University to establish a Deloitte Foundation Endowed Scholarship for Women in Tech at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø, which will support women pursuing IT degrees and careers.Â

- A gift of $150 provides technology (personal hotspot, Internet access) to pursue 91³Ô¹ÏÍø online degree. Â
- $500 funds a three-month scholarship to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s college readiness program that provides onboarding to competency-based education with a mentor
- $1,250 provides a one-term (six-month scholarship) to 91³Ô¹ÏÍø’s School of Technology.
